How can I order? + -

The options for ordering your dress are pretty straightforward. You can either order through our website, or come by the boutique in person. We offer discounted rates for fittings and alterations if you would like to have them done in-house. We also make it a priority to give you attention and service whenever you come in.
 

How long will it take to get my order? + -

Makarassi Couture is committed to providing our customers with a memorable shopping experience. We offer fast and efficient shipping within the United States. Local delivery for ready-made dresses takes roughly 2-3 business days. For custom designs simply choose your style and color from our selection of dresses then send an email to info@makarassicouture.com with color, length, and size information for your order. It will be processed and in 24-48 hours an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Upon receipt of your payment,  5 days later you will receive a special delivery of your custom dress. Personalized custom orders take about 7-10 days. If you have an event coming up and need a gown in less than 2 weeks, please email us from our website to discuss your custom order.

How do I check the status of my order? + -

You don't need to worry about the status of your order because we process orders in real-time. Once an order has been placed and paid for, you should receive a confirmation email in seconds stating the order has been successfully placed.
The confirmation email will include details such as your name, item(s) ordered, order total,  the amount paid, and tracking information.  NOTE: If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder.

Can a customer bring in her material? + -

For personalized custom designs, we encourage our customers to bring their choice of material and choose their unique styles.

How do I cancel my order? + -

If you have questions or concerns while shopping or you are unsatisfied with a product or wish to return it for an exchange or refund; you can contact the Customer Service Department at (718) 480-8896/(347) 924-3752 or email us at info@makarassicouture.com

Whats's your return policy + -

  At Makarassi Couture, each dress is handmade and meticulous attention is given to every detail in order to create classic and timeless pieces. Although the styles are timeless, the dresses are contemporary and are sometimes made with sheer chiffon fabrics and delicate lace. That said, Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on dresses because of our unique manufacturing process. In addition, deposits are non-refundable primarily on custom dresses. This is because we begin the process of creating your unique design the moment you submit your request. Also Special made dresses cannot be exchanged. They can be altered. Therefore, our Return Policy allows you to exchange non-custom dresses for something different (and make alterations on custom dresses) within 30 days of its delivery.
